Organic Honam Ceremonial Matcha
Made from tea leaves grown and harvested from tea fields located in Yeongam and Jangseong; both part of the Honam Tea Estates located in South Korea.
The first tea leaves of each harvest season in early spring are manually shaded for about 2-3 weeks before harvesting. Steamed, dried, sorted and de-veined tea leaves are ground into a powder using a ceramic ball (beads mill) machine.
